The Homme House wedding of Jeremy and Alison was an elegant day. Alison owns the Vintage Couture boutique shop on Church Street in Hereford, which sells vintage designer hand bags and shoes. Please note Alisons bright red shoes Jimmy Choo shoes, amazing! I knew we were going to get on!
Alison’s brides maid Hayle also runs The Vintage Wedding Fayre, so there were so many pretty little touches.
Jeremy’s brother is an old university friend of mine and an accomplished fashion photographer Ciaran Spencer. Ciaran’s assistant was supposed to photograph the wedding but was called away last minute, which was lucky for me. Thanks Ciaran for the recommendation!
A Homme House wedding is always going to be special, as it is set in the most beautiful grounds. The walled garden is so pretty, with its sweet little stone summer house in the far corner complete with a flock of white doves. A classic English country estate garden. The ceremony was held in the charming old churn of St. Bartholomew’s, which sits on the edge of Homme House estate. There is a very ancient yew on the pathway up to the church that is almost hollowed out completely. That is where Alison and Jeremy had a few photographs taken before we moved back up to the main reception for champagne, nibbles and sweets!
If you are looking for a classic and elegant wedding venue in Herefordshire, then Homme House could be the one for you?!
Was a wonderful day and thank you both for having me there. Huge congratulations Mr and Mrs Spencer. xx
